Do you accept
new patients?

Yes. We always
take new patients. We also do our best to get new patients in within
48 hours. See our New Patient Information section.
Will
you accept my insurance?

Currently, we
participate in Delta Dental Premier, MetLife Dental
and Humana Dental. We will file a claim for all insurance
companies as a courtesy to you. Some insurance plans do not reduce
benefits for going “out of network”. We do not accept
Medicaid or Hoosier Healthwise.

Do
you do "Zoom" whitening?
Do
you do extractions?

Dr. Miller does
extractions only if the tooth cannot be saved. In certain cases, Dr.
Miller can extract wisdom teeth, but he may need to refer you to an
oral surgeon. A consultation and x-rays are the only way to
determine this.
Do
you do braces?
How
much will my treatment cost?

Once Dr. Miller evaluates your needs, a written treatment plan will
be presented to you outlining the costs, approximately what your
insurance will pay and approximately what your portion will be.
Payment options include Visa, MasterCard or
Discover, cash or check discounts or financial assistance though
Citi Health Card.
